This is an original 1964 "Spatter! The Toy with the Beatles Beat," manufactured by Spatter Toy Company Inc., Cuba, Missouri. The toy features a handle attached to a cord leading to two plastic knobs with mop-top attachments. The packaging reads "Twirl with the Beatles" and includes instructions for use.
The package measures approximately 40 x 11 cm (16 x 4½ inches) and remains sealed. Notably, the mop tops are still in the package but have come unstuck from the knobs. The cardboard backing exhibits some tears, creases, and marks, and the package itself has a hole on the bottom left edge along with some other small holes. An old price sticker appears on the back.
